摘要：Intraoperative cell salvage is a strategy to decrease the need for allogeneic blood transfusion and reduce transfusion reactions.Traditionally,cell salvage has been avoided in the obstetric population because of the perceived risk of amniotic fluid embolism or matemal alloimmunization.With advances in cell salvage technology,no definite cases of amniotic fluid embolism or infection have beenreported.Although evidence appears to support the use of IOCS in obstetrics,the majority of the evidence currently available is derived from case reports and case series.The aim of this review is to summarize the evidence for the safety and efficacy of IOCS during Caesarean section.Future large randomized trials are required to assess effectiveness and safety.
